Who We Are?

MCD Social Welfare Centre, a dedicated unit of the MASS Society, was established in 1995 with a mission to uplift communities through targeted social and economic support. Our focus is on empowering individuals by offering skill development programs and welfare schemes designed to improve quality of life and create sustainable growth within the community. Through vocational training, educational support, and access to resources, we aim to address critical economic challenges and enhance self-sufficiency for all.
